Re: Heroes

Heroes wasn't that bad, though I never had that much of an interest in the series. I'd watch it if it was on (and there wasn't anything better being shown), but I never went out of my way to watch it.

From the few episodes I did watch, I fell in love with Hiro Nakamura. (:

Re: Kids TV poll

The only show of the 10 listed that I really liked was Bagpuss, though I'm certain that I'm not as old as you guys. (I'm a 90's kid, sadly.)

How Grange Hill got to be #1 is a mystery to me..

Re: Friends

I love Friends. ^-^ Admittedly, I don't watch Friends half as much as I'd like to anymore - I sleep in a lot more now, - but if I know it's on and I'm near a TV, I'll slap it on. I'm quite fond of Monica, most likely because I can relate to her. She's like a more exaggerated version of me, whereas ...

Re: Top Gear

Top Gear is a guilty pleasure.. Why? Because I'm fairly sure most people who watch Top Gear can actually identify car parts and know a fair bit about them, whereas if you show me the inner workings of a car, I'd not have the faintest idea what was going on. Even after all the shows I've watched, I'...

Re: Daleks, funny or scary?!

After the Red Dwarf anniversary's A-Z of the show featuring Daleks, I couldn't even try to take them seriously anymore..

Whose idea was it to make it so that their heads look like saucepans, and their bodies look like salt-shakers?

Skins

http://i37.tinypic.com/b5nzar.jpg Skins revolves around the lives of a group of 16–19 year-old friends who live in Bristol. The Dawson Bros claim the series represents the everyday lives of adolescents. These characters attend the fictional Roundview Sixth Form College in Bristol. Each episode has ...

Re: If movie never gets made

Here's where the speculation comes in. Does Red dwarf come back as: a) A very low-budget series of audio episodes voiced by original actors, akin to Doctor Who's Big Finish series b) A lower-budget straight-to-DVD cartoon or CGI movie, voiced over by the original actors c) A medium-budget filmed mo...

Re: Is this the plot....

Nobody really knows the difference between rumour and reality at this stage; but if there's any truth in that synopsis, the movie has a pretty solid plotline. I'd be interested to see how it all pans out, and especially what plot the movie does end up with..

Re: Will it or won't it ?

I have this horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach that the Red Dwarf movie won't live up to all the hype it's created. We all know what happened the last time Rob & Doug made us wait for our next installment of the 'Dwarf; we'd all had time to perfect what we wanted to happen in the next series...
